Post Park is located near the northwest corner of West Post Road and Buffalo Drive in the Southwest Submarket of Las Vegas. The $31 million, 10-acre industrial project will feature 4 freestanding buildings totaling 175,000 square feet. The four concrete-tilit industrial buildings will range from 20,000 to 86,000 square feet. Amenities include I-215 visibility, dock and grade level loading, Early Suppression, Fast Response (ESFR) fire protection, and easy access to the I-215 Beltway, I-15, McCarran International Airport, the master-planned community of Summerlin and the Las Vegas Strip. The Ryder Trucks Facility is slated to break ground in the third quarter of 2009.
