Jason Kuckler

Par Development, Inc.

Every project at Par is overseen by the founder, Jason Kuckler. Whether it's bringing equity and financing, acquisitions, entitlements, pre-development, construction, or leasing and sales, Jason takes responsibility for the end result. He's a licensed Real Estate Agent with years of experience. Prior to Par Development, Jason opened the Las Vegas division for Panattoni Development Company, a global commercial developer. During his tenure he oversaw the completion, leasing and sales of more than 1.6 million square feet of space. Prior to that, he served as Development Manager/Director of Construction for Magnum Opus, where he was responsible for 1 million square feet of industrial, office and retail development. Kuckler began his career in the construction industry where he worked as a estimator and project manager. He has a BA in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota, Mankato and is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR).
